Craniofacial Syndromes
Craniofacial disorders are the result of abnormal growth of the skull or facial structures. These conditions may be due to a birth defect, injury, or disease. Some pediatric deformities are apparent from childbirth while others can take months or longer to become evident. Furthermore, some syndromes are immediately recognizable and others require imaging and laboratory tests to accurately diagnose. Our experienced craniofacial surgeon, Dr. Eric Payne, has extensive medical training in a comprehensive array of craniofacial syndromes. Additionally, he and his skilled multispecialty team are dedicated to providing patient-focused care throughout the entire process. Our goal is to help families become well-informed about their loved one’s concern and to guide them through each step of treatment in the most comfortable, supportive environment possible.
Dr. Payne understands this experience can be overwhelming at times, and he will offer honest, straightforward assistance at every step.
