30 year old male, with a right ear deformity after prior ear pinning surgery resulting in his ear being over corrected. This resulted in his right ear not being visible when he looks in the mirror. He underwent a right ear otoplasty revision with a skin flap and cartilage graft, which involves using tissue to reconstruct and improve the ear’s structure. His ear now has a refined contour with significantly improved position correcting the prior otoplasty results.
