This is a 12 year old male with left Stahl’s ear deformity corrected with an otoplasty technique. As you can see in the photo there are no visible scars and the ear has a more natural shape and appearance. The Stahl’s ear or pixie ear or Elf ear or Spock ear deformity is significantly improved with the ear surgery.
